Sometimes, you just need an extra key or two. Enter your key codes to order additional keys. Note that the 9-digit codes are for quick release wheels and 8-digit codes are for solid & thru axle wheels. The keys look different, and your bike configuration may require both types of key.

If your Pinhead product doesn’t work for you for any reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Money will be refunded promptly once Pinhead receives the returned product.
Please note: Pinhead can only provide a refund on purchases from our online store. If you purchased your Pinhead product through a different online store or via a local retailer, please return directly.
Pinhead products are warranted to be free from defects under normal use conditions. We will replace any defective article free of charge for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is void if damage is a result of misuse, negligence, accidents or improper care. Incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded.
