• Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
  • We ship via Swiss Post in Europe and Canada Post to the rest of the world.
  • Shipping includes a nominal packing and handling fee as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed.
  • Orders above USD $100 receive free standard shipping (no tracking provided).
  • We recommend grouping items in one order as we cannot group orders placed separately.
  • Packages are sent at your own risk; however, we package all items with care.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for customs and duties if applicable.

Warranty Information

Pinhead products are warranted free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Pinhead will replace any defective article free of charge for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents or improper care. Incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded by this warranty.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide Pinhead doesn’t work for you or your bike, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items to the point of purchase for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required, even if the product was a gift.

For purchases made on our online store:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.
  • We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
  • We will process your refund, if approved, to the credit card or original payment method.


We will replace defective or damaged products free of charge. To initiate an exchange, please complete the Exchange Authorization form. Further instructions will be sent to you upon completion of the form.

Shipping Returns

To return your product purchased in the online store, please complete a Return Authorization form. Further instructions will be sent to you upon completion of the form.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and they are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
